Pharmacies listed on this directory are available to all members.
Interpreting services are available for all providers through Care1st at no cost. An advance notice is needed for face-to-face and ASL interpreting services. To request services, contact Care1st Member Services at 1-800-544-0088, (TTY: 711), 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week.
You may receive services from any of the providers on the list that are affiliated with your PCP’s medical group. For some services, you may need a referral from your PCP.
Mail Order Pharmacy
You can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through our network mail order delivery program which is called Walgreens Mail Service. You also have the choice to sign up for automated mail order delivery through our Walgreens Mail Service. Walgreens Mail Service will contact you to obtain consent before shipping or delivering any prescriptions that you do not personally initiate. Typically, you should expect to get your prescription drugs within 14 days from the time that the mail order pharmacy gets the order. If you do not get your prescription drug(s) within this time, if you would like to cancel an automatic order, or if you need to ask for a refund for prescriptions you got that you did not want or need, please contact us at 1-866-304-2846TTY users should call 711. Home Infusion Pharmacies
Members inquiring specialty injectable medications may access these through our network Home Infusion Pharmacies. Your physician and a home health agency, if necessary, will work together to get you your medications. Home infusion pharmacies in the Care1st Cal MediConnect pharmacy network service all areas in the Los Angeles and San Diego counties. Long-Term Care Pharmacies
Residents of a long-term care facility, such as a nursing home, may access their prescription drugs covered under Care1st Cal MediConnect Plan through the facility’s pharmacy or another network pharmacy.
